1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and yx8 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yx8 website located at https://yx8.club and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the yx8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and form part of the overall agreement between you and yx8.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the yx8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. yx8 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all registered players without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of yx8 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of yx8 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are opening only one account on the yx8 platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from yx8 or had a previous yx8 account closed for terms violations.

yx8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during a player's account lifetime. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services on yx8, players must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identity documents, or a fictitious address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your yx8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. yx8 will never ask you to share your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or USDT wallet private key via any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any request purporting to come from yx8 asking for this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify yx8 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. yx8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the yx8 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yx8 will close all associated accounts, void any bonus funds, and review pending withdrawals in line with the circumstances of the duplication.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

yx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, USDT TRC-20, and USDT ERC-20. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method as displayed in the yx8 cashier at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your yx8 account in real time for bKash and Nagad transactions (typically within 30 seconds of confirmation). USDT deposits are credited following network confirmation — 1 to 3 confirmations for TRC-20 and 3 to 12 confirmations for ERC-20. yx8 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties into your yx8 account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by the yx8 finance team during operating hours of 06:00–02:00 BST (UTC+6), seven days a week including public holidays. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next operating period.

Before any withdrawal is processed, yx8 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. This process is standard practice across online gaming platforms and exists to protect players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from the deposit source may be declined at yx8's discretion.

4.3 Currency

yx8 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) for local payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers). USDT transactions are processed in USD-pegged stablecoin value. Exchange rates applicable to USDT deposits and withdrawals are those prevailing at the time of the transaction and are displayed in the yx8 cashier. yx8 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

From time to time, yx8 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players should review these requirements carefully before accepting any bonus offer.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

yx8 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial risk (commonly known as "bonus hedging" or "matched betting" within a single platform); and withdrawing bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, yx8 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the player's account.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

Promotional offers may be restricted by player jurisdiction, account status, payment method, minimum deposit amount, or game category. yx8 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another player.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the yx8 platform, you agree to use the service in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yx8 platform:

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity, including the use of software robots, automated betting programs, artificial intelligence tools, or any other device designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the yx8 platform or any of its underlying technology systems.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent interaction with yx8's support team.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or yx8 staff members through any communication channel on the platform.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any portion of the yx8 platform or its content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from yx8.

A breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant legal authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the yx8 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of yx8 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from yx8.

The yx8 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are the exclusive property of yx8. Unauthorised use of the yx8 brand identity — including use in social media profiles, third-party websites, affiliate content, or promotional materials not expressly authorised in writing by yx8 — is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yx8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the yx8 platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

yx8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yx8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, yx8's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall yx8's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their yx8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which yx8 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players retain the right to seek injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
